Practice Schedule - South Lakes

Practices will be held in the South Lakes High School Wrestling Room. Please park in the Student lot near the stadium, enter through Door #4. The wrestling room is located at the basement level. Upon entering Door #4 go down the stairs (on the Left) and down the hallway to the Right. Wrestling room door will be on the Right halfway down the long hallway.

Days and Times

* Wrestlers will be grouped by skill level.

Date: First day of practice will be the 1st week of November

Green Practice (grades k-3) - Younger and Novice Wrestlers:  Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm to 7:15pm​
* any changes will be communicated as needed 

Blue Practice (grades 4-8) - Older and Experienced Wrestlers: Tuesday and Thursday 7:30pm to 8:30pm​​​
