Our Beliefs
Self-Discipline
At HRWA, self-discipline is the quality of self-denial in pursuit of your goals. It is the strength of your willpower to maintain that denial and overcome any inevitable obstacles and distractions that may derail your goals. |
Self-confidence
At HRWA, self-confidence is about believing. Trusting your abilities and qualities is one of the most powerful tools to learn as a youth wrestler. |
Leadership
At HRWA, leadership is not about a title. It is about your impact, influence and inspiration to others. Display your results and influence others by spreading the passion of that hardwork. |
Sportsmanship
At HRWA, sportsmanship is about showing respect to others. Stay humble in victory or defeat. |
Accountability
At HRWA, accountability means personal responsibility. Take responsibility for your actions and don’t blame others or circumstances. |
Excellence
At HRWA, we want our wrestlers to have a reputation of being the hardest workers, most respectful and most accomplished. |
